Chief Executive Officer & External Affairs
Erial, the founder of Erial's College Mission, is an alumna of Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health. She recently graduate with her masters from Texas A&M Commerce. In addition to her studies, Erial works as a healthcare project manager, utilizing her expertise in the field.
Erin Smith
External Affairs/Community Engagement
Erin, the co-founder of Erial's College Mission, is pursuing her passion for education by making a difference in the lives of young students as a K-12 educator. She is dedicated to molding and shaping the minds of the youth, ensuring a bright future for the next generation.
Shanese Williams
Advisor
Board Member of Erial's College Mission; she has a bachelor's degree of Criminal Justice with a minor in Information Technology from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development and is currently enrolled in the Human Resource Development doctoral program with an emphasis on organizational leadership & Development. Shanese is currently the Assistant Director of Residence Life at UT Tyler. She is also the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion chair for the Employee Advisory Council over The University of Texas System.

Tiawndrea Ware, a proud graduate of Tuskegee University's Class of 2020, hails from the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Texas. In addition to her academic achievements, she actively contributes to the success of ECM as a valued member serving on the Board of Directors. Tiawndrea is passionate about making a positive impact through her involvement and is dedicated to the mission of the organization.
Imani is an alumna of the University of the Incarnate Word. She played Division I volleyball and graduated summa cum laude as a double major in accounting and pre-law. Imani is currently a senior consultant at Ernst & Young, where she supports financial services clients by helping companies understand and manage business risks related to technology in the Transformative Age. Imani is passionate about breaking educational disparities among racial and ethnic youth and is committed to making a positive impact by upholding the organization's mission.
